Many people begin their vacation tomorrow 1st August. Some say that vacation is a controversial time for families and couples. Too much time far away from routine, work... Sometimes we are not ourselves, only an image that others want to see. Running all the time , watching the clock, and we try to escape from ourselves . Now in summer people have time, time to be themselves and to be with people they love, and the troubles begin when things aren't as they think. People fear their own thoughts: that their life isn't perfect. Not as a in a movie or in a commercial. It's difficult living far away from stress when stress is part of your life, and helps you to not think. But life has not to be perfect to be happy. Only needs to enjoy with small things. Enjoy with a beautiful landscape, with an ice-cream, with people who you love, with a book... Actually, the small things are the most important. Remember a happy moment of your life. For others, that moment can be a nonsense, but not for you. Happiness begins in you and isn't a big thing. Only small things, and peace in your soul. And it's in your inner self, not in a paradise island. Don't think in happiness as you see it in movies or commercials. TV is a big box of frustration. You are more intelligent than all that. It doesn't care if you spend your vacation in you city, at beach or mountain or in your home. The only important thing is your free time, your peace, your real life. Because life is real and doesn't finish with a big "The End" title and a kiss at sunset in a beach. It can be better than all that. For you an excellent song from an eternal voice: Janis Joplin.

When I saw this video I was surprised of its beauty and atmosphere. There are so many women, so different, and so expressive, in so many works of art... Full of tenderness and serenity. They tell so many things through their eyes... They tell about their times, their lives, their illusions and wishes. They are as beautiful as mysterious. They were seen through the artistic eye of a painter. They will always be there in a room or in a landscape forever watching us. We only can appreciate their generosity and admire them. Maybe one day I could buy a stairway to Heaven. One long stairway that may lead so high that you could never see the human miseries, and the pain would have no sense. One long stairway where the loneliness would not exist. And the injustice could not be seen. And in a big sky where only love could exist. And peace may arrive to all hearts. Today I can only dream. Maybe one day that can be true.

BlogCatalog has started a campaign for organ donation. When I was informed about this, I felt a strong need to contribute for a cause that I believe on completely. The best of organ donation is that when you die, you don't do it completely, but you can make something of your person continues living in another one. In some way, it's like being a hero, because your life will guarantee that others continue living. The existence of sick people whose organs are damaged is very painful. For example, people that have kidney trouble have to spend hours connected to a machine that cleans their blood. Or people who suffer from heart disease, whose existence seems to slip away each minute waiting for a phone call that may change their lives. When we talk about children the things get worse. There is nothing as terrible as a child suffering. Innocent creatures that, instead of enjoying their childhood, they are trapped in a bed, without being able to do what the other children do: play, jump, run... Organ donation can put an end to one of the worse crimes of our times. It happens each day. Children that live in the streets, without parents nor nobody who cares for them, appear lying in a corner with surgical scars. They take a kidney of some of them, and others have worse luck and they just disappeared without a trace. There are many mafias that steal the organs of the homeless to sell them for big amounts of money. If we all donate our organs when we die, those mafias will have no sense, and they will disappear. Think it, think about the pros and cons. I can't find a reason against. Let us not be selfish the last second of our lives. Last Saturday, I could see Steve Vai, my favorite guitar player, in live, at the Fortress of Sun in Lorca. The concert was great Steve Vai was playing as only he can do for more than three hours. Vai proved the audience to be a musician generous and shining. His musicians are really good. The performance of the drums was excellent. And Vai was very funny and kind. It's so good to be able to see a so modest genius and charming person.
