Yesterday Spain won the World Cup in one of most difficult football match that I've seen in my life. Netherlands played in a very aggressive way, but Spain won. And today the Empire State showed a Spanish flag in its top. The match was a really difficult one. It seems that Netherlands players tried to win us injuring our players. But the Spanish players were very determined and won in a clean way and showing that they're the best team in the world. It has been a great happiness for Spain. It was very moving to see in the news how the Spanish soldiers in peace missions in other parts of the world celebrated Andres Iniesta's goal. I have to say that when Iniesta scored the goal I shouted so loud that I almost loss my voice. Iniesta scored the goal after being kicked more than 10 times. All the country is celebrating this and wanted to share it with you. I loved to see Rafa Nadal, another Spanish top sportsman, watching the match. Nadal is an example of good sportsman, very noble with his adversaries, with a great capacity for enduring and a very honest person. Nadal just won Wimbledon. He is one of the best tennis players in the world. Morgan Freeman, my favorite actor, was also watching the match. And also the Queen of Spain and the Prince and the Princess of Spain. Just some days ago Spain won Germany in an absolutely brilliant match, very good. When Spain won, the Queen of Spain was so happy that she went running to the dressing room of the Spanish players and LOL! Puyol, that scored the goal, was just wearing a towel, it was so fun! Can you imagine what could happen if the towel had fall in front of the Queen of Spain? :D Another anecdote about the World Cup is the romance between Iker Casillas (the Spanish goalkeeper) and Sara Carbonero (a sports journalist). At the beginning of the World Cup, The Times in UK published that Sara Carbonero may distract Iker Casillas and that their romance will be the end of the Spanish team. They accused them of a poorly professional attitude and lots of European newspapers started to gossip about this. Yesterday, Iker Casillas, that is also the captain of the Spanish team, very moved for the victory, was interviewed by his girlfriend Sara Carbonero. It was quite a strange situation, and in the middle of the interview, Iker kisses Sara, and that kiss was as much celebrated as Iniesta's goal. Another thing that I liked very much about Spain winning the World Cup was because of the coach Vicente Del Bosque. Some years ago, when David Beckham joined the Real Madrid team, Vicente Del Bosque had turned that team into a very successful one, and won lots of money for Real Madrid. Because of that, they could hire David Beckham. But the same day in which David arrived, Del Bosque was fired, saying that he had done all he could. That was so unfair. But yesterday justice prevailed because we won the World Cup. Today the Royal Family and the President received the Spanish team, and now there's a big celebration in Madrid and in all Spain. The two little girls are the daughters of the Princess. They are so cute. The wife of the Prince is from Asturias, the same place where I was born. Oh, just one more thing! The goal's video! This has been like a movie. The good win, and the hero gets the girl!!! ;) Oh, and there are Kings, Princes and Princesses...

The first book I wrote was back in 2006 called "OM For Every Day". It is mostly quotations from diverse spiritual men and women and related teachings about OM. The second book I wrote was called "The Secret of the Universe". Again, these books were mostly something I wrote as a personal reflection as I grew in awareness through OM meditation. At the same time, you need to be patient because like the saying goes "a house is not built in one day". OM meditation will provide both a real technique for relaxation as well as a meaningful opportunity to reflect on your life and situation and real solutions that you can eventually utilize to make things better. My mentor says that OM is the sound-source of all wisdom and enlightenment. - Is this technique linked to some spiritual or religious belief, or can it be considered independent from these? - Yes, OM is related to quite a few spiritual and religious paths. At the same time, there is no need to believe in anything. If a good friend tells you, hey, I just bought the most delicious lemonade (a new kind), don't you want to know the name so you can try it yourself? Just a little bit of human faith is required. Whether a person decides to interpret OM meditation from a secular, scientific, spiritual, or religious perspective is entirely a personal choice. Halloween is near and I'm going to make you a proposal so you can surprise everybody. Following you can find some Halloween make up tutorials. They go from the easiest (that anybody can do, witch cheap materials that you can find elsewhere) to some harder. Sometimes I have done make up for theater and cinema. So I will try to give you some tricks I learned in addition to the tutorials. I bet you won't go unnoticed. It will be fun. Skeleton Makeup This tutorial explains step by step how to do a skeleton face. Remember it doesn't have to be perfect. Instead of buying a latex cap you can use a swimming cap and paint it well, or if you prefer use a hood to cover the head. With a scythe you may look like the Death. Vamp You can make up yourself for Halloween, but stay nice. Remember to enfathise the eyebrow's curve, and paint the lips in red or black. Mummy A classic one. You won't be recognised for sure. You can also paint some portions of the gauzes in red. And the part of the face that can be seen can be painted in dark so it feels deeper. There are some fantasy contact lenses that may be good accesory for this custome. Cat Make Up The nose and mouth are the most important elements of this make up. Many people begin their vacation tomorrow 1st August. Some say that vacation is a controversial time for families and couples. Too much time far away from routine, work... Sometimes we are not ourselves, only an image that others want to see. Running all the time , watching the clock, and we try to escape from ourselves . Now in summer people have time, time to be themselves and to be with people they love, and the troubles begin when things aren't as they think. People fear their own thoughts: that their life isn't perfect. Not as a in a movie or in a commercial. It's difficult living far away from stress when stress is part of your life, and helps you to not think. But life has not to be perfect to be happy. Only needs to enjoy with small things. Enjoy with a beautiful landscape, with an ice-cream, with people who you love, with a book... Actually, the small things are the most important. Remember a happy moment of your life. For others, that moment can be a nonsense, but not for you. Happiness begins in you and isn't a big thing. Only small things, and peace in your soul. And it's in your inner self, not in a paradise island. Don't think in happiness as you see it in movies or commercials. TV is a big box of frustration. You are more intelligent than all that. BlogCatalog has started a campaign for organ donation. When I was informed about this, I felt a strong need to contribute for a cause that I believe on completely. The best of organ donation is that when you die, you don't do it completely, but you can make something of your person continues living in another one. In some way, it's like being a hero, because your life will guarantee that others continue living. The existence of sick people whose organs are damaged is very painful. For example, people that have kidney trouble have to spend hours connected to a machine that cleans their blood. Or people who suffer from heart disease, whose existence seems to slip away each minute waiting for a phone call that may change their lives. When we talk about children the things get worse. There is nothing as terrible as a child suffering. Innocent creatures that, instead of enjoying their childhood, they are trapped in a bed, without being able to do what the other children do: play, jump, run... Organ donation can put an end to one of the worse crimes of our times. It happens each day. Children that live in the streets, without parents nor nobody who cares for them, appear lying in a corner with surgical scars. They take a kidney of some of them, and others have worse luck and they just disappeared without a trace. There are many mafias that steal the organs of the homeless to sell them for big amounts of money. If we all donate our organs when we die, those mafias will have no sense, and they will disappear.
