Important Notice For The Readers

Dear readers,

These days I'm very quiet as you may have noticed. I have to tell you some news. In some weeks I will have my portfolio online and active, in English and Spanish. This way everything will be more neat, you will be able to see my works, and locate me in other social networks.
This is something that I should have done earlier but I was too busy and was impossible to do it.

This portfolio will use the address It will have a menu on the left, with an option that reads "Blog" that will be directly linked to the blog. This way you will be able to reach the blog.

The blog will change its address too, it will be Those of you that have suscribed to the RSS or by email don't have to worry, and don't need to do anything. I will make the changes so every suscriber continues to receive it without interruption.

With all this I face a very big problem. As I change the address of the blog, I must redirect by hand all the articles of the blog, because many people come to my page through a link to a post. If I don't redirect it, they won't find anything. As I redirect it by hand, those people will find a message that says "this article has moved to" followed by the link to the new address, in addition to an automatic redirection through javascript.

It is a lot of work what I' m facing, and I need to change the address in many places too. I may surely loose my Pagerank and Alexa. Those who linked me please change those links to the new address when it becomes active.

I have also another big problem: I have ran out of space in my computer. I have a double partition and I need to free the space of the 2nd one to have space in the first. As you can understand, I cannot even work.

I'm crossing my fingers so that nothing happens and I don't have to re-install Windows again.

And in addition, it's Christmas!!!

Dear readers, since I started this blog has reached more than 2 million visitors. This makes me feel very proud and thankful to you. This is very thrilling for me.
Thank you very much for your support, and specially to those that are with me since the beginning. I wanted to prepare something special for this year, but I have no time.

I will be back with you in some weeks.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I love you!

Sweet Emma! You are always so concerned with us. You must do what you have to do. Sounds to me like a pretty darned good Christmas present for each of us. Know what I mean? Everything you are doing is to help facilitate our ability to follow you and your designs, articles and other wonderful contributions to the arts. I consider that a real gift.

Bless you! Just worry with your website, right now, and have a wonderful Holiday Season! See you soon!

Lack of long term storage space? That is why those portable hard drives were invented ;-)

Online storage is not mentioned on creating my data, I also have to accept the responsibility to keep it stored safely!

Oops, too much ranting for a post in which I intended to wish you all the luck with what you are doing and of course...een zalige Kerst en een gelukkig nieuwjaar! (That's the Dutch version of 'Merry Christmas and a happy new year')

Your new portrait is very stylish and goes great with the season.

Dear Su, you are always so sweet with me. What can I say? Thanks for being always there, and for your support.
Merry Christmas and happy new year, my best wishes for you.

Dear Gerold, you are right. I deserve a little ranting LOL!
How good hearing from you again. About the portable hard drive, maybe you don't believe it, but it's one of the presents I asked for these Christmas LOL! But time ago, some fellows had their files saved in a portable hard drive and they lost them. And it's my fault because I am neurotic and want to have all together.
But I make security copies to a PC that uses Xubuntu as OS.

Well, no more boring things. I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Hugs my friends!

Hi, Emma,

I just saw your website and it is the loveliest online! Very tastefully done, dearest! I found it super easy to navigate and the music feature is cool - love the tunes. Your art, of course, speaks for itself. It is beautiful! The images, especially those old cameras, the layout, design, everything you did is a fine job! I know web building it can be such a headache, but, I would say it was certainly worth every moment of time you put in to it.

Emma, I so much wish for you to have a very prosperous New Year and that you find happiness and success in all you do. You are a talented and beautiful young lady, with whom I am pleased to have the pleasure of calling a friend.

Dear Su, you are so Adorable... I see you have looked everything and I love it. I'm happy that you find it easy to navigate and that looks nice. I have so many things to tell you, but I'm still working on some improvements. But they'll be for this blog.

Dear Su, when you can send me an email to my mail. I have something for you that I couldn't give you on time.

A lot of hugs
